English tutorial: clipping a raster: Charge your raster in ArcMap and create a polygon shapefile then draw the boundaries of the area to cut.
In the toolbox select Data Management Tools then Raster followed by Raster Processing and finally the Clip tool.
In the window that opens, select the image to be cut, then the shapefile limit cutting and do not forget to check the box below. Finally, give a path and a name for the resulting image.
